Lucie Rose

Neuropsychologist, PhD in Psychology

I am a French-licensed clinical neuropsychologist - a psychologist that works on understanding the relationship between the brain, behavior, cognition and emotion.

I received my PhD from Université Paris Cité.

In my clinical work, I see both typically developing children and adolescents, as well as children and teens with neurodevelopmental disorders. I am also trained in diagnosing and treating parent burnout and supporting parents' mental health.

My research focuses on understanding how children's cognitive development relates to altruistic motivation and behavior, and whether altruism can be encouraged and trained.

More broadly, I am interested in how cognition plays into interpersonal relationships, and how it can help support the development of a moral and civic identity.
